Our mission
To send and sustain workers around the world with a special concern for the hard to reach areas.
Tom serves as the Director for Staff Development for NavMissions. In this role he helps staff be intentional in their personal and ministry growth. Tom also provides leadership throughout the US Navigators for leader and staff development. The Navs work hard in assisting all our 2800+ staff become all God designed them to be so they can most effectively advance the gospel.
Lisa serves as the Support Development Coordinator where she coaches new appointees through the process of raising support. She serves as an ongoing distant mentor to many of the younger Navigator staff.
Did you know...
The Navigators are a multi-faceted organization. Our group sends and sustains international workers (missionaries) in over 60 countries, many are considered least reached nations. There are great people resources available to help churches with discipleship through the Church Discipleship Ministry and print resources through NavPress.
