The Youth Ministry at Faith Church is dedicated to helping teens grow in their relationship with Christ and to preparing them to apply their faith to all of life. We want our kids to be equipped to win their generation for Christ and to influence the world. The Youth Ministry boasts a dedicated team of professional and volunteer staff who have a combined total of over 50 years of youth ministry experience and who love working with youth. Our weekly large group meetings contain time for fun, Christ-centered worship, and biblically faithful teaching. We also have weekly Bible studies for boys and girls, worship and prayer nights, multiple retreats, mission projects, summer camps, and backpacking trips.
Our mission is to win youth to Christ, disciple youth in Christ, and equip youth to serve Christ.
Our vision is to create a loving, Christ-centered fellowship in which teens who have internal, Christ-like character
and external Christ-like priorities are equipped to introduce their friends to Christ.
Every Sunday at 9:15 we have Sunday School for both the Attic and the Highway. Stop by, grab in a doughnut, and enjoy a time of fellowship.
Middle School – Grades 7-8
Our 7th-8th grade ministry, known as The Highway, aims to lead kids to Christ and help them to apply their faith to middle school situations and problems. We use lots of active learning techniques and are in the Bible each week. The weekly large group meets on Friday nights from 7-9 pm.
High School – Grades 9-12
Our 9th-12th grade ministry, known as The Attic, seeks to disciple our teens and prepare them to lead in campus ministries. We utilize lots of small group time to give kids a chance to reflect on the lessons and explore how to apply them to their lives in high school. We have a student leadership team who prepares to lead these small groups and help kids who are younger in their faith to grow. Thus, we try to develop disciples and leaders in the program. The weekly large group meets on Saturday nights from 6:30-9 pm during the school year (so kids can go to practice and get their homework done), and on Wednesday nights from 6:30-9 pm during the summer.
Contact Form: This forms provides us the information we need to mail the kids a monthly Youth Calendar and to be able to contact them or their parents if the need arises.
Medical Release Form: This form authorizes medical treatment if a hospital or doctor is unable to contact the parents directly. Each youth needs to have this form on file in order to leave town on a trip with the Youth Group. The form is good for one year from the signature date.
