We enjoy "doing life" together and seek to cultivate authentic relationships through fellowship, Bible study, and service within our community.
Women in the Word
This Bible study provides a rich study for women to complete on their own during the week, discuss with their small groups, and delve deeper into during the weekly large group teaching. Join us as we delve into the fascinating Old Testament books of Ezra-Nehemiah-Esther together! Begins in September 12th at Faith Church.
Women in the Word after hours
This spin-off of Thursday Mornings is geared towards women with crazy schedules and life commitments. These groups study the same material, but meet in homes on a variety of days and nights allowing for plentiful fellowship and growth together. Groups begin meeting the week of September 9th, but new members are welcome to join in all year long!
Have kids? So do we.
We also provide a structured faith focused Kids in the Word program for children while family members attend a Women in the Word small group. This includes Bible stories, prayers, songs, Bible lesson activities and crafts, snacks, plus outside play if weather permits. When possible, lessons are set up to follow the same study topics as the women's small groups.
SUMMER BOOK DISCUSSION
We can't go a WHOLE summer without our peeps, so when Women in the Word lets out for the summer, we gather informally to discuss a book together. This summer, following with our theme of developing a culture of hospitality, we are reading Jen Schmidt’s book, “Just Open The Door”. Jen writes in an engaging manner that we are certain you will enjoy as much as we did!
On Tuesday nights from 7-9 pm, our book discussion groups meet in living rooms around town. On Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 am, we gather for coffee and conversation at the church. As a bonus, we have childcare workers to entertain and keep kiddos safe while they enjoy a play date, and women of all ages connect over an engaging discussion of the book. You can choose the time of the week that best fits your routine! Groups meet beginning June 4th.
Books are $10 and can be purchased when you click below to join a group. Books will be available for pick up at the Connect Center in May.
We are passionate about loving well the “other” in our midst as well as around the world, and are committed to raising awareness of the plight of refugee women and children. We also value the depth of relationship that comes from authentic conversation, so we decided to combine the two and pack out a local venue twice a year to connect over meaningful conversation around these issues. Anyone and everyone is welcome. This is a great place to make new friends or catch up with familiar faces.

Saturday share and care
Join us in the Hall of Faith from 10 am-2 pm on April 27th for our Meals 4 Sharing Cooking Day and our annual Kids’s Clothing Swap!
No kitchen experience is needed, just come and enjoy the fellowship of other women as we work together to fill the freezer with delicious, healthy meals that will bless families in our community over the following months.
Stop by our Kid’s Clothing Swap. It is free and available to anyone, so grab a friend and plan to join us for this great opportunity. Donations can be dropped off beginning April 21st, and volunteers are needed to help set up April 25th between 11am-3pm.
Meals 4 Sharing
We believe we are to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the community around us, and sometimes that can be as simple as taking a meal to someone facing a personal crisis or discouragement. Our Meals 4 Sharing freezer is packed with home cooked meals (including allergy friendly meals) for anyone to pick up to take to a friend or neighbor in need.
A Meal Train can be set up to meet ongoing meal needs during times of extended crisis (or the joyful birth of a baby) by calling our Meals 4 Sharing number (970-510-MEAL).
This ministry serves a dual purpose as we intentionally gather women with little kitchen “know how” with culinary wizards about 3 times a year to cook, laugh, learn, and eat together as we prepare meals to fill the freezer.
COOKING DAY: April 27, 2019
If you have a knack for knitting and a heart for missions, this is a great group for you. Women meet monthly to knit together and complete projects to support various missions teams and needs around the world.
Knit Wits meet on the second Monday of each Month in the Hall of Faith, Room 1 from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm.
